Flexible Robotic Welding
Capitol designed this welding system for a manufacturer of electrical panel covers. The panels were manufactured in several models ranging in size up to 80 inches high. A system capable of quickly loading any of 250 welding programs to suit various part models and a robust part handling system were vital requirements.
